Hello

Who We Are

Alignment for Change Canada is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to fostering unity, education, and positive social change. At a time when division and polarization are on the rise, we create space for Canadians from all walks of life to find common purpose and shared solutions.

Through outreach, civic education, community engagement, and media initiatives, we work to:

  • Strengthen democracy by encouraging informed debate and active participation.

  • Advance equality and human rights as the foundation of a fair and inclusive society.

  • Bridge divides by bringing people together across differences to build understanding and respect.

  • Inspire action by equipping individuals and communities with tools to make meaningful, lasting change.

Rooted in Canadian values of fairness, diversity, and compassion, Alignment for Change Canada empowers citizens to stand together against authoritarianism and polarization, and to work toward a future where every voice is heard, and every person’s rights are protected.

Join us as we align for change — for Canada, for each other, for tomorrow.

Non-Profit Start-Up Coordinator / Organizational Development Assistant

Alignment for Change Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with the foundational organization and administration of our emerging non-profit. This role involves supporting the incorporation process, helping to develop bylaws and governance structures, coordinating initial outreach and partnerships, managing documentation, and assisting with communications and scheduling.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about building meaningful initiatives that foster civic engagement, equality, and positive social change in Canada.

The Accountant for Alignment for Change Canada will oversee all financial record-keeping and ensure compliance with Canadian non-profit financial regulations. This role involves managing budgets, preparing financial statements, monitoring donations and grants, and assisting with annual reporting and audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, ethical, and experienced in non-profit or charitable accounting practices, ensuring financial transparency and sustainability as the organization grows.

The Legal Advisor provides essential guidance to ensure Alignment for Change Canada operates in full compliance with federal and provincial laws. This role includes advising on incorporation, bylaws, contracts, governance, and charitable registration, as well as helping to safeguard the organization’s integrity and mission. The ideal candidate has expertise in Canadian non-profit law and a passion for advancing civic engagement, equality, and human rights through sound legal frameworks.

Provincial Chapter Leaders

The Provincial Chapter Leader serves as Alignment for Change Canada’s representative and coordinator within their respective province. This role involves building and leading the provincial chapter, organizing local outreach and educational initiatives, facilitating community think tanks, and acting as the primary correspondent between the provincial chapter and the national organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and community leader who can mobilize volunteers, foster collaboration, and uphold the organization’s values of unity, inclusivity, and positive civic action.

Community Event Submissions – Across Canada

Alignment for Change Canada invites community organizations, local groups, and individuals to submit details of events that align with our mission of unity, civic engagement, and positive social impact. From town halls and cultural gatherings to volunteer initiatives and educational workshops, we welcome submissions that bring Canadians together in meaningful ways. Selected events will be featured on our website and social channels to help amplify grassroots efforts nationwide.

Photography Submissions – “Canadian Perspectives”

We are seeking photography submissions that capture the spirit, diversity, and beauty of Canada — its people, landscapes, and moments of connection. Alignment for Change Canada welcomes both amateur and professional photographers to share images that tell a story of belonging, resilience, and shared identity. Selected works may be featured on our website, social media, or in digital publications to showcase Canada through the eyes of its citizens.

Logo Design Submissions

Alignment for Change Canada is inviting creative designers and artists to submit logo concepts that represent our mission of unity, dialogue, and positive change. The design should reflect inclusivity, strength, and Canadian identity in a modern, accessible style. Selected submissions will be reviewed by our founding team, with the chosen design becoming the official emblem of our organization as we move forward together in our national initiative.
